Notes on access:
From the north, the road leads south through the municipality of Rõuge to the village of Viitina. At the end of the village is our property with the large/historic white house right on the lake. For orientation, our neighbor is the Viitina manor house
From the south, turn left off the Riga (Latvia) - Pskov (Russia) main road and follow the small road straight ahead, directly to Viitina. The property is located right at the entrance to the village, directly on the lake.
